Discount Tire

I have to say I order all my tired from tire rack and they have an option to have them put on professionally and get a discount on insurance and assembly, but discount tire is not a great place to go to have it done. They will tell you one thing and do another every time. I have had to have a few repairs and them put on my tires 3 times. First time I came in and they had my cars for maybe 2 hours. Then second time a whole day almost. The last time was quicker under 2 hours again. Yes I was waiting for the first and third one, and I have the repair to talk about. I ordered the replacement and paid for it same day.... which you are not supposed to here until the work is complete. I received a call 2 days later the tire was in and that I could come by anyway after work it would be about 10 to 15 mins for the tire to be put on. I didnt need to set an appointment for the tire. They said since I was leaving the rim with them and they had the new tire it would be quick and fit me in and out fast. So we get to the day I stop by after work. I got to discount tire at 1638 on friday, and they close at 1800, so I came in and they struggled to fine my new tire and said they needed to mount it

Phenomenal customer service, quick and efficient work, and I was treated as a top priority(even though I was just in for a tire patch). This is a top notch business. Willis and the whole staff were wonderful. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and the organization of customer management(greeting, addressing problems/concerns, and creating work orders and invoices) was superb. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for any tire work at all. I will be back for any and all tire needs in the future! Thank you thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Discount Tire in Cave Spring. Avery was the person I worked with, and he was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was helpful, professional, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel completely stress-free. I was really impressed with how smooth everything was, from getting my vehicle to them to getting it back, and the pricing was very reasonable. Avery handled everything for me and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. The only thing I really had to do was pay, and everything else was handled. He also took care of my alignment, and my car has never driven better. That kind of customer service and attention to detail makes a huge difference. Great service, great tires, and a very easy experience overall. Highly recommend Discount Tire in Cave Spring, and especially appreciate Avery for going above and beyond!

Easily ordered tires and set up appointment for service. Was there approximately 90 minutes from start to finish. My grandson had recommended them and I was very pleased with their customer service and professionalism. Also had alignment done and wipers replaced. Would definitely recommend Discount Tires to anybody looking for reasonable prices and great service.

I’ve done business with Discount Tire for roughly 2 decades, but this was my first experience at the location in Roanoke. This Discount Tire location put on an absolute master class in customer service. I went by earlier this week to order a new set of off-road tires for my jeep. The guy at the counter, I forget his name, was super helpful in assisting me to pick the right ones, and set an appointment in advance of their arrival. The tires actually arrived early and I got a call from Alex letting me know that I could come in earlier. When I arrived this afternoon, they quickly got me checked in, and then that crew went to work like a NASCAR pit crew after four espressos. They had the tires balanced and installed in record time, and even sent someone in to give me an update on the timing. I was in need of an alignment so they took care of that immediately after. Everything was wrapped up earlier than they originally estimated and I was back on the road with my Jeep, which handles 1000 times better than it did before. I will definitely be back for all my tire needs.
